Construction has begun on the 42-unit development of twin homes at Calhoun and Dunham streets and plans to be complete later this year. Catherine S. Graham Square holds great significance to the city, as it is named after Ms. Graham, the first female President of the NAACP. In addition, the new homes are being built on the site of the former Magic Marker factory, a nationally recognize Brownfield Remediation success story. This community will be the premier neighborhood in Trenton upon completion.
